The Bishkek Business Club within the framework of the NICE-TAK project (Networking Intermediaries and Competitive Enterprises in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan), funded by the European Union and co-financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, launches the 1 Level Academy for strengthening the capacity of business associations in the city of Osh.

Date: Training will be held from March 12-13, 2019 from 9.00-17.00, Osh.

Target audience: leading management personnel and members of the board of business associations.

Content of the training: 1-level courses of the Academy include training, seminars and networking opportunities for associations and other types of organizations that are at different stages of institutional and organizational development.

The main objective of this level is to convey (define) the basic principles for creating an effective and flexible BA.

This stage of the course will include such topics as: leadership and management, strategic planning, development of the membership base, internal and external communication policy. The level is calculated for business associations that have a development strategy that needs to be improved.

Trainer: Volker Stotzner (Germany), international expert, who will continue to work with selected organizations after graduating from the BA Academy.
